Tulle Feather Pouf Hat

Frothy, fun net mesh hat with feathers by Jack McConnell. A round cossack-style hat is covered in a pouf of closely gathered tulle ruffles and longer stripped rooster feathers accented with small rhinestones affixed to the tips, adding a hint of sparkle with every movement. Lined in silver lamé fabric. We love how this fun hat adds massive presence to any look, and would especially love to wear it with a trim little suit for our courthouse wedding, paired with a rhinestone-studded spike heel.
