Polka Dot Shawl Collar Dress

Cheerful polka dot shawl collar dress by Oscar de la Renta. Sunny shirtwaist style dress with faux wrap bodice and overlapping shawl collar features lightly dropped shoulders with three-quarter sleeves and a straight skirt with flap pockets at the hip. Lightly slubby woven silk is fully lined with hook-and-eye closure at the waist. We would wear belted at the waist with a black patent Fendi belt, purple lizard clutch, and strappy teal heel for a fun, lighthearted look. Butter yellow, black.
