Polka dot and bows strapless dress by Scaasi Boutique. Party in a dress. Black tulle with velvet dots and ribbon bows down the back make this a fun and whimsical piece. Fitted ruched bodice, trumpet silhouette and tulle underlay for volume. Back zipper with hook and eye closure. We would wear with a high pony tail, long ball drop or jeweled earrings and strappy heels. Black, red, yellow, green, blue.
