Micro Sequin Chiffon Skirt

Sheer silk chiffon skirt covered in tiny sequins by Gianfranco Ferre. Patterns of small sequins on chiffon, lined in chiffon, creates a delicate veil of opacity with a high leg opening to balance out the shine. Larger sequins are randomly scattered with clusters of smaller sequins, creating movement and sparkle, adding life to the fabric. A border of tiny overlapping sequins along the leg opening mimics the shine of cut velvet lamé, adding yet another layer of texture to this piece. Side zipper with both tab-and-bar and snap closures; skirt is surprisingly lightweight and moves with the body for such an allover sequined piece. We would wear with a silk camisole, strappy sandals, and a statement collar necklace topped with a fringed piano shawl- but wouldn't bat an eye and pull it out the next day to pair with a crewneck tee, leather jacket, and sneakers for a unexpectedly playful look.
