Layered Chiffon Bias Dress

Ethereal layered chiffon bias dress by Tracy Mills. Airy dress in double layered sheer silk chiffon cut on the bias features a pointed handkerchief hem that floats over an opaque lining in an ultra-flattering slim trapeze silhouette. Straight neckline trimmed in prong-set rhinestones and crystal emeralds that add a little weight to the silhouette with barely-there spaghetti straps. Pullover style with zippered lining. We would channel our inner nymph and would wear with a generous dusting of highlighter on our collarbone with a statement headpiece over long, ropy hair for a look reminiscent of a Gaultier runway. Black, emerald, crystal, silver.
