Delicate lace wrap dress by Bill Blass. Ladylike mesh lace in a classic wrap style gets a touch of sass with a ruffle collar and cuffs. Nude lining and sheer lace sleeves keep the look light and airy, with both hook-and-eye and snap closures. Wear it with an ankle bootie and leather jacket for an effortless and pulled together look.
