Asymmetrical ruffle hem dress by Frank Usher is a spirited statement piece. Light floral lamé jacquard is cut into a sleek sheath silhouette with contoured princess seams topped with puffed shoulders and a bow-trimmed asymmetrical ruffle hem. Lined with scoop neck opening and back zipper with hook-and-eye closure. Long sleeves with slim opening and covered shank button closures. We would shorten or remove the inner lining at the bow side hip to make the leg opening higher, thought it's not necessary. We would wear with crystal chandelier earrings, strappy hot pink heels, and a bright lip for a (virtual) formal summer wedding. Teal, gold, hot pink, violet, white, light seafoam.
